About the game

Coin Collector is an arcade game you can play in your browser: you walk around an arena collecting as many coins as possible in 45 seconds, while 3 enemies bounce around the scene trying to get in your way.

Each coin is worth 10 points and there are always 6 on screen; when you grab one, another appears in a random spot. Touching an enemy costs 15 points and sends you back to the center of the arena, with a brief period of invulnerability. When time runs out, the final score is shown. How to play

1. Move the character around the arena with the keyboard arrows or W, A, S and D, in any direction.
2. Run over the coins to collect them: each one is worth 10 points.
3. Dodge the 3 enemies, which keep moving and bounce off the arena edges.
4. If an enemy touches you, you lose 15 points (the score never drops below zero) and return to the center.
5. The match lasts 45 seconds; the remaining time is shown in the corner of the screen.

Game modes

• 1 player. One player against the clock: 45 seconds to gather coins and escape the arena's 3 enemies.

Tips

• After being hit you blink for about 1 second and lose no points in that interval; use it to slip past enemies and grab coins.
• Watch the enemies' paths before crossing the center of the arena: they move in straight lines and only change direction at the edges.
